What you'll do

• Oversee Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites
• ensure post orders and rounds are followed and reports are filed accurately and promptly
• notify authorities and clients in emergencies
• coach and discipline personnel
• train staff and review assignments
• assist with payroll and personnel management
• coordinate adequate post coverage
• meet with client representatives
• prepare and submit reports
• inspect posts
• interview, orient, train, assign, and evaluate employees
• address complaints and make hiring or termination recommendations
• may perform Security Officer duties.
