Shift Supervisor

Job overview

The Shift Supervisor role is onsite in Lancaster, PA, with compensation of $20.00–$22.00 per hour. Unidine’s culinary team supports the people it serves through food and hospitality services. The supervisor directs associates during an assigned shift and ensures work expectations, policies, and procedures are followed. The role supports consistent service by training staff, preparing schedules, evaluating performance, and monitoring unit quality, productivity, and safety.

What you'll do

• Train associates and create work schedules
• evaluate employee performance and recognize or discipline workers as appropriate
• prepare production or sales reports
• ensure unit quality, productivity, and safety expectations are met
• serve as a contact for employee complaints and time-off requests
• may mentor and develop employees.
