The Pharmacist role is onsite in Agana Heights, GU. Pay is $69.55–$74.90 per hour. The position provides pharmaceutical care across hospital settings to support medication safety and patient health outcomes. The pharmacist dispenses medications, assesses patients and medication therapies, collaborates with healthcare providers, prepares IV infusions, monitors medication responses, documents care in electronic medical records, and precepts pharmacy residents and students. The work supports safe, effective medication management and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Dispense medications according to regulations and hospital policies
• assess patients and medication therapies
• collaborate with providers on medication regimens, including pain management and oncology
• prepare sterile and non-sterile IV infusions using aseptic techniques
• monitor patient responses and adjust therapy as appropriate
• document in EMR/EHR systems
• precept pharmacy residents and students.
