What you'll do

• Monitor legal changes affecting civil and criminal litigation and assess impacts on FBI Discovery policies and procedures
• monitor commercial technology and practices
• verify proposed solutions meet requirements
• test system upgrades and patches
• advise on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI
• monitor separation reports for departing legal-hold custodians
• update or create standard operating procedures
• provide expertise on electronic discovery applications.

Why this role

Requires U.S. citizenship, five years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience, three years of progressive major litigation-support experience, and two years using Relativity beyond document review coding. Must be able to obtain a U.S. government security clearance; active clearance preferred. JD highly preferred.
