Construction Concrete Operator

Job overview

Construction Concrete Operator is an onsite role in Apex, NC, paying $24–$30 per hour. The position supports a concrete-cutting and selective-demolition contractor serving commercial and industrial clients in the Raleigh–Durham region and surrounding areas. The operator performs concrete sawing, drilling, cutting, and selective demolition while maintaining safe, professional jobsite operations. The role also includes transporting and maintaining equipment, documenting work, and coordinating with dispatch, field management, estimators, and customers.

What you'll do

• Follow safety procedures and conduct job hazard analyses
• operate concrete sawing and demolition tools
• transport equipment between the yard and job sites
• perform cuts and drilling to job specifications
• inspect and maintain tools and vehicles
• complete field tickets, measurements, and job photos
• communicate job status and issues
• coordinate with dispatch, field management, and estimators
• serve as a site-level customer contact and leave work areas in professional condition.

Why this role
