The Construction Safety Associate — Data Center Project role is onsite in Detroit, MI, paying $38–$42 per hour. Through audits, training, documentation, and contractor coordination, the role supports a proactive and compliant project safety culture.

What you'll do

• Provide onsite safety leadership and guidance
• collaborate with project management, EH&S personnel, and contractors on compliance
• conduct daily safety audits and inspections, document hazards, and track corrective actions
• advise the Owner’s Representative on safety conditions and risk mitigation
• deliver orientations and facilitate toolbox talks and safety meetings
• monitor contractor safety performance
• prepare reports and maintain safety records
• assist with OSHA inspections and recordkeeping
• communicate risks and recommend corrective measures.
