Apartment Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Complete resident work orders and maintenance requests
• maintain and troubleshoot boilers, hot water systems, plumbing, and other building equipment
• perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• diagnose and repair plumbing leaks and fixtures
• complete apartment turnovers
• maintain common areas, mechanical rooms, and grounds
• assist with larger maintenance and improvement projects
• respond to maintenance emergencies
• participate in the on-call rotation, including some nights, weekends, and holidays
• maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
