What you'll do

• Respond to medical emergencies within certified First Aid and CPR scope
• answer guest questions
• manage crowds
• identify and mitigate safety hazards
• complete activity logs and incident reports
• de-escalate hostile situations
• operate CCTV and conduct foot patrols
• perform VIP and cash escorts
• attend ongoing security training.
