What you'll do

• Welcome customers
• listen to concerns and communicate repair needs to technicians
• provide repair and maintenance recommendations
• prepare and explain estimates
• update customers during repairs
• manage extended warranty claims when applicable
• review completed repairs
• notify customers when vehicles are ready
• address questions and concerns
• partner with the Service Manager to resolve issues
• support customer satisfaction scores
• follow dealership policies and procedures.
