What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team
• provide technical guidance and lead design reviews. Ensure designs meet customer requirements, engineering standards, manufacturability, cost, and schedule. Partner with manufacturing to resolve fabrication, assembly, and production issues, and guide projects from concept through prototype, validation, release, and production.
