PM Caregiver — Full-Time is an onsite role in Chippewa Falls, WI. Pay is $18 per hour. LakeHouse Senior Living operates independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities, supporting residents and families. The caregiver supports residents’ safety, dignity, independence, and daily well-being during the assigned shift. The role monitors and documents resident conditions, assists with activities of daily living and meals, and performs medication-related duties described in the posting while communicating concerns to nursing or health care coordination staff.

What you'll do

• Monitor assigned residents and check on them throughout the shift
• observe, report, and document changes in condition
• respond to security systems and call bells
• notify supervisors of increased care needs
• assist with continence management, meals, cleanliness, activities of daily living, life enrichment, and laundry as assigned. Medication Tech duties include observing and documenting medications and treatments, maintaining medication supplies and records, counting narcotics with another medication care manager or nurse, participating in service plan updates, recording vital signs, and reporting occupational exposures.
