What you'll do

• Communicate with customers and employees about schedule-related issues
• resolve scheduling issues with employees
• coordinate with field supervision about work-site issues
• oversee shift coverage
• build schedules for new and existing client requests
• track attendance
• maintain accurate records
• provide attendance reports to Human Resources and other relevant parties
• complete administrative tasks and follow through on projects.
