What you'll do

• Serve guests in person and by phone
• assist with celebration solutions and walk-in orders
• support the Crafting department
• perform light cleaning and clerical duties
• stock cakes and sample trays
• maintain cooler par levels
• fold cake boxes
• provide bakery tours
• suggest retail items and add-ons
• process phone orders
• operate the POS system
• gather guest email addresses
• maintain product and promotion knowledge
• keep the retail area clean and merchandised
• assist with crafting tasks and other departments as needed.
