Analytical Manager, Pharmaceutical Product Development

The Analytical Manager, Pharmaceutical Product Development role is onsite near Miami and Fort Lauderdale, FL. Compensation is $70–$90 per hour depending on experience and qualifications; the schedule may be first or second shift. The manager reports to the Senior Director of Analytical Sciences and leads laboratory scientists supporting pharmaceutical research and development. The role provides technical and people leadership for analytical development, characterization, and product development. It coordinates laboratory resources and project priorities, supports regulatory work, and develops scientists while maintaining quality and compliance in a regulated environment.

What you'll do

• Lead laboratory scientists conducting analytical activities
• design and supervise characterization and product development studies
• support CMC projects
• evaluate raw materials and analytical technologies
• troubleshoot and interpret data
• support regulatory submissions and method development, transfer, qualification, and validation
• prepare and review technical documentation
• plan laboratory staffing and resources
• monitor project progress
• mentor and train scientists
• support quality, safety, compliance, and data integrity.
