What you'll do

• Process invoices, coding, approvals, weekly payment runs, and payment-file reviews
• respond to vendor inquiries
• maintain vendor records and W-9 documentation
• review corporate card receipts, coding, approvals, and outstanding items
• maintain financial reports, procedures, and audit documentation
• identify workflow and internal-control improvements
• safeguard confidential employee, banking, and vendor information.
