What you'll do

• Welcome visitors, direct them to appropriate departments, manage sign-in, and notify residents of arrivals
• answer and route calls and provide general information and directions
• maintain the Independent Living Census and handle admissions and discharges
• log package, prescription, and flower deliveries and notify residents
• oversee guest-suite reservations and coordinate with housekeeping and food service.
