What you'll do

• Support intake, review, and preparation of new-business and renewal casualty submissions
• coordinate with retail agents to obtain documents and loss information
• track submission status and maintain workflow queues
• assist with quotes, binding documents, policy setup, and post-issuance processing
• process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and audits
• maintain electronic files
• respond to inquiries
• follow company and regulatory procedures.
