What you'll do

• Conduct clinical assessments and diagnose mental health disorders
• develop and adjust treatment plans
• provide ongoing therapy to individuals, families, and couples
• maintain confidential and accurate records
• coordinate referrals, outreach, advocacy, and case consultation
• participate in multidisciplinary conferences
• facilitate family sessions when clinically indicated
• report abuse or neglect as required by Massachusetts law.
