• Lead strategy and governance of total rewards programs
• develop compensation structures and incentive plans
• oversee annual compensation planning
• support executive compensation
• administer equity programs
• manage benefits strategy and vendor relationships
• provide oversight for payroll processes
• prepare reporting and analysis for senior leadership.
