The Senior Staff Silicon Carbide (SiC) Engineer role is onsite in Sunnyvale, CA, with pay of $160,000–$200,000 per year. What you'll do

• Lead SiC power product new product introduction
• meet schedules and business gate requirements
• contribute to product platform roadmaps and design
• oversee foundry process-control integration and supplier quality
• develop test, screening, and qualification procedures
• coordinate datasheet, application, and reliability testing strategies for compliance with standards and customer requirements.
