What you'll do

• Lead and perform interior carpentry phases on remodeling projects
• coordinate daily work with project schedules and the Project Manager
• install cabinetry, drywall, shelving, insulation, and interior finishes
• install fixtures and hardware
• maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
• supervise and mentor 1–3 crew members or apprentices
• communicate progress and needs to the Project Manager
• read architectural plans or specifications when required
• follow safety procedures and company standards.
