Service Technician, U Centre at Northgate

The Service Technician position is onsite in College Station, TX. Pay is $20 per hour. The technician supports facilities maintenance at U Centre at Northgate to keep the property well maintained for residents.

What you'll do

• Complete and close out work orders
• assist with property turns and vendor coordination
• perform preventive maintenance
• inspect public areas and resident apartments
• safely operate, maintain, and repair facility equipment
• keep work and storage areas orderly
• and assist with landscaping, snow removal, curb appeal, trash collection, and cleaning as assigned.
