What you'll do

• Partner with regional leadership on workforce planning and job analysis
• lead experienced-professional recruiting and collaborate on campus recruiting
• oversee performance reviews
• advise leaders and employees on HR policies, rewards, and employee relations
• administer onboarding and orientation
• implement policies and ensure compliance
• maintain confidential personnel records
• manage offboarding and exit interviews
• collaborate with HR colleagues to improve processes and service delivery.

Why this role
