Operations Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead and develop operations team members
• oversee drivers and helpers to support safety and operational goals
• partner with operations and division managers on initiatives
• onboard newly hired drivers
• monitor and coach performance and recommend training or retraining
• investigate accidents, disputes, and complaints and complete required documentation
• develop logistical plans to reduce route hours and improve route density and efficiency
• participate in training and other learning opportunities.
