What you'll do

• Manage civil litigation cases from initial evaluation through resolution
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
• handle discovery, depositions, hearings, and case preparation
• work with experienced attorneys on commercial, business, and construction disputes
• communicate with clients
• develop case strategies
• and take ownership of assigned matters.

Why this role
