The Registered Behavior Analysis Interventionist (RBAI) role is onsite in Bend, OR, and pays $25–$30 per hour. Early Autism Services provides personalized applied behavior analysis therapy for children ages 2–11, with in-person BCBA supervision and training. The interventionist delivers one-to-one therapy and follows BCBA-created treatment plans, helping children work toward individualized goals. Progress tracking, family communication, and ongoing supervision support consistent care across clinic, home, and community settings.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one therapy with children

• support children in clinic settings and sometimes in homes or the community
• communicate with families and the team

Why this role

RBAI certification is required; Registered Behavior Technician certification is preferred but not required. High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required. Paid training and in-person BCBA supervision are offered.
