What you'll do

• Assist with caregiver onboarding
• collect and organize employment documents, certifications, and credentials
• support background screening and compliance documentation
• set up caregivers in scheduling and payroll systems
• explain agency policies and scheduling expectations
• maintain personnel records
• assist with scheduling and shift coordination
• communicate availability, schedule changes, and open shifts
• help find qualified replacements
• maintain caregiver contact and availability information
• provide availability during designated on-call hours Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• respond to urgent staffing needs and callouts
• travel to a client’s home and cover a shift if needed
• report client concerns, incidents, or changes in condition to agency personnel.
