What you'll do

• Wash, rinse, sanitize, and organize dishware, glassware, cookware, and utensils
• clean dish machines and maintain chemical levels
• maintain dish areas, floors, walls, and drains
• assist with cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas
• remove trash and recycling
• sweep and mop kitchen and service floors
• collect and pre-wash dishes when required
• track low supplies
• store clean items properly
• inspect equipment and report damage.
