Working closely with the Executive Chef, the Head Steward manages steward staff and supports kitchen operations through dishwashing, cleanliness, stocking, and receiving. The role helps maintain sanitation and safety standards and keeps dishwashing equipment in working order.

What you'll do

• Manage steward staff
• wash dishes
• stock and receive orders
• clean equipment and work areas
• clean and mop floors
• follow sanitation and safety guidelines
• maintain chemicals and dishwashing equipment
• remove trash as needed
• perform other assigned job-related duties.
