What you'll do

• Inspect buildings and common areas and follow up on corrective actions
• oversee safety procedures and housing compliance
• inspect vacant and move-in-ready apartments
• coordinate maintenance supplies and contractors
• hire, train, supervise, and coach staff
• oversee marketing, leasing, resident relations, and customer service
• monitor purchases, deposits, and petty cash
• report claims and operational issues to management.
