Wellness Nurse, PRN is an onsite role in Lone Tree, CO, paying $36–$38 per hour. The nurse supports residents and the health and wellness team at Experience Senior Living, whose stated focus is helping older adults live life to the fullest. The role contributes to resident care through medication management, implementation of care plans, documentation, assessments, and emergency response. It also supports care partners and medication assistants in providing services that meet resident needs and applicable guidelines.

What you'll do

• Serve as Charge Nurse when the Executive Director and Director of Health & Wellness are absent
• contribute to medication orders, administration, storage, and documentation
• assist residents with self-medication or medication administration
• implement care and change-in-condition plans
• document care and complete charting and assessments
• complete incident reports
• maintain relationships with residents and families
• prepare for and manage emergencies
• help ensure appropriately trained staff are available for shifts.

Why this role
