What you'll do

• Manage lead follow-up and membership sales
• generate appointments and tours through calls, texts, and emails
• prospect, conduct tours, and enroll members through calls, walk-ins, and community outreach
• deliver sales presentations tailored to individual goals
• work toward weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets
• build relationships that support referrals and retention
• represent the club in the local community
• help maintain a clean, inviting environment
• and uphold brand standards, safety protocols, and operational expectations.
