Educator, After-School Program

The Educator, After-School Program role is in person in Holyoke, MA, part-time, with typical hours Monday through Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Thursday until 6 p.m.; morning shifts may also be available. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. MHTKD Child Care operates the after-school program. The educator supports children’s learning and development through homework help, enrichment activities, supervision, and collaboration with other educators. The role helps maintain a safe, healthy program environment and follows EEC requirements.

What you'll do

• Support homework help, arts and crafts, games, school vacation programs, and enrichment activities
• assist with lesson plans
• lead activities according to the daily schedule
• collaborate to support student development
• supervise indoor, outdoor, and water-play activities
• perform general cleaning
• follow EEC regulations and company policies.
