Director of Treatment

The Director of Treatment role is onsite in Crownsville, MD. Compensation is $75,000–$85,000 per year. The director leads the Counseling Department and oversees the coordination and delivery of therapeutic and educational activities. The role supervises counseling staff, supports appropriate levels of care, and guides program changes and quality improvement to meet the needs of the population served.

What you'll do

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of counselors, treatment aides, and support-services staff. Provide individual and group counseling in accordance with treatment plans and professional standards. Maintain client documentation and departmental policies and procedures
• implement evidence-based practices and participate in continuous quality improvement. Oversee utilization review and admission activities to determine appropriate levels of care, and develop program changes for the population served.
