What you'll do

• Schedule outpatient diagnostic exams by phone with physician offices and patients
• index incoming orders and transfer faxes to other departments as needed
• ensure supporting documentation and ICD-10 codes are received for medical necessity
• manage add-on or STAT procedures
• provide CPT codes to physician offices to assist with prior authorization.
