Fractional Human Resources & Workforce Development Manager

The Fractional Human Resources & Workforce Development Manager role is in person in the Will County and South Suburban service area of Illinois. Starting pay is $50 per hour, for a part-time schedule of 10–20 hours per week. Children’s Advocate Academy NFP seeks to build and support a mission-driven workforce serving children and families. The manager establishes HR systems and workforce development practices that support organizational growth and employee success. The role partners with leadership on recruiting, onboarding, training, retention, compliance, and workforce planning.

What you'll do

• Develop recruiting strategies and hire clinical, direct-support, administrative, and program staff
• build community and workforce partnerships
• coordinate hiring events, candidate screening, interviews, and records
• manage onboarding and employment documentation
• support performance evaluations and employee relations
• assess training needs and coordinate development programs
• develop retention and engagement initiatives
• maintain personnel records and support employment-law compliance
• improve HR systems, job descriptions, interview tools, and workforce planning.
