What you'll do

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine
• keep the machine clean and report functional or mechanical problems
• monitor wash-cycle water temperature
• wash and store tableware and kitchenware
• keep the dishroom organized
• maintain clean tableware supplies
• remove dishroom trash
• handle tableware carefully
• maintain detergent and cleaning-supply levels
• clean food-preparation and production areas as required
• fill in as needed to support restaurant operations.
