What you'll do

• Teach a literature curriculum prioritizing inclusive texts and preparing students for AP, SAT, and collegiate coursework.
• Conduct deep exploration of literary texts.
• Develop students’ independent and collaborative reading, writing, and discussion skills.
• Facilitate student-led discourse, teaching students to use evidence to make sophisticated claims.
• Analyze student comprehension and writing regularly.
• Partner with department and grade level team.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Experience

1-2 years experience preferred.
