What you'll do

• Deliver safety training in English and Spanish
• conduct forklift and powered industrial truck certification, including classroom instruction and hands-on evaluation
• onboard new hires and agency temporary workers
• help supervisors and leads coach, develop, and cross-train employees using the League development framework
• reconcile second- and third-shift timecards and address pay questions
• handle employee concerns confidentially and fairly
• help leaders apply standards consistently.
