The Residential Counselor role is onsite in Clementon, NJ, supporting CareLink Community Support Services’ Gloucester Program. Pay is $16.35–$17.35 per hour. The counselor supports participants’ recovery, wellness, self-determination, daily living skills, and community integration. The role helps individuals pursue independence through person-centered support, documentation, assistance with daily activities, and access to community resources.

What you'll do

• Participate in developing and implementing service and recovery plans
• teach, assess, and support daily living, meal planning, housekeeping, career, social, recreational, and community skills
• document progress and staff interventions
• assist with medication regimens
• support personal hygiene, meals, household upkeep, and safety
• help participants access medical and community resources and transportation
• uphold participant rights and support informed decisions.
