Oversee, design, develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve organization volume goals Identify new growth opportunities and develop appropriate plans for execution, including all relevant internal and external stakeholder consultation Identify referral opportunities, develop strategies, and implement with key decision makers in order to drive referrals and admissions.
