The Multi-Site Leasing Consultant, The Hanover and Crystal Bay role is onsite in Seattle, WA, supporting the named communities. The consultant supports leasing and resident relations across the properties by showing communities, preparing lease documents, coaching leasing staff, and maintaining accurate administrative records. The role also contributes to marketing, resident satisfaction, and retention.

What you'll do

• Prepare lease paperwork and legal documents
• greet prospective residents and conduct tours
• perform leasing duties and support closing goals
• train and mentor leasing staff
• maintain tour paths and model units with maintenance partners
• respond to resident communications and service requests
• update reports and process move-ins, move-outs, and security deposit reports
• support community marketing.
