What you'll do

• Own Freshservice platform positioning, messaging, and major launches
• develop external-facing content and sales enablement materials
• lead cross-functional launch planning
• gather customer insights through interviews, research, and competitive analysis
• partner with Demand Generation and Lifecycle Marketing to support awareness, adoption, and engagement
• monitor ITSM and IT operations markets.
