What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items to quality, portion, and presentation standards
• understand menu items and ingredients
• set up and stock stations
• maintain a clean, organized, sanitary workstation
• follow food safety and hygiene protocols
• monitor product quality and shelf life
• complete orders within ticket times
• communicate with kitchen staff
• follow direction from kitchen managers and shift leads
• support team members.
