What you'll do

• Welcome and assist tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees
• verify visitor identification or credentials, maintain logs, and direct guests
• answer calls and routine inquiries
• monitor lobby activity, access-control systems, cameras, alarms, and related equipment
• report unusual activity or maintenance concerns
• respond to incidents and alarms according to emergency procedures
• document events as required.
