What you'll do

• Repair and replace doors, windows, tiles, counters, floors, and plaster
• prepare vacant units for occupancy
• repair plumbing fixtures, drains, water heaters, appliances, HVAC equipment, electrical fixtures, and controls
• perform preventive maintenance
• power wash and repair siding
• complete work orders and checklists
• follow safety and lead-based paint procedures.
