The Remote Accounts Receivable & Patient Collections Specialist — Mental Health role is fully remote, with a set schedule of 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Compensation is $21–$23 per hour. What you'll do

• Work insurance claims through payment or an uncollectible determination
• manage patient balances, payments, and payment plans
• resolve rejected claims through corrective claims, appeals, and supporting documentation
• verify patient demographics and benefits in EHR systems and insurance portals
• document claim activity in Tebra
• follow HIPAA guidelines and applicable regulations
• identify claim rejection and denial trends
• maintain periodic contact with management.
