What you'll do

• Conduct tours, follow up with prospects, send leases, and close deals

• hire, train, and develop leasing professionals, interns, and ambassadors
• execute marketing initiatives within brand standards and budget
• build campus and community partnerships

• identify opportunities to optimize spending.
