What you'll do

• build relationships with general contractors, owners, developers, engineers, architects, and decision-makers
• develop a qualified project pipeline
• identify projects, market trends, and strategic clients
• lead client engagement through pursuit and award
• collaborate with executive leadership, estimating, preconstruction, operations, and project management
• participate in proposals, presentations, interviews, and contract strategy
• develop key-account strategies
• represent the organization at industry events and client functions
• monitor competition and market opportunities
• report pipeline activity and performance to leadership.
