Maintenance Technician — Manufacturing Facilities

The Maintenance Technician — Manufacturing Facilities role is onsite in Aurora, IL, on a Monday–Friday second shift from 2:00 PM–10:00 PM. Compensation is $25–$28.50 per hour on W-2, including all benefits. The technician provides service functions throughout the facilities and supports continuous improvement in cost, quality, and delivery. The role keeps manufacturing equipment and facilities operating through preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and service support. It coordinates with production and other departments to resolve equipment issues and recommends improvements to performance, safety, energy management, and facility operations.

What you'll do

• Perform scheduled preventive inspections and maintenance
• repair HVAC, compressed-air, and manufacturing equipment
• install equipment and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services
• perform light to moderate carpentry and construction
• maintain equipment service records
• provide courier services and train new associates
• safely perform biohazard cleanup.
